Payment:
I kindly request a 50% deposit for all bookings. Please be aware that by booking the shoot, you agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS outlined on this website. The remaining balance is due in full at the conclusion of the shoot. Payment can be made via Zelle or Venmo. Cash is also accepted for the remaining balance.

Please be aware that the turnaround time for edited pictures is within 15 days from the moment either you or I select the pictures. I process pictures in the order they are received, and the speed may vary depending on the current workload.
If you wish to expedite the process, a rush fee of $200 is available, resulting in photos ready within 1-3 days. Kindly inform me in advance if you require this additional service.
If you have any specific editing requests for the pictures, please notify me in advance. Otherwise, I may not be able to accommodate your requests later.

All items, deposits, and materials are non-refundable and non-returnable without exception. All transactions are considered final.
Reservation of date is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Should the client choose to cancel the session within 2 weeks of the scheduled shoot, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of inclement weather, illness, or personal/family emergency necessitating a rescheduling, efforts will be made to promptly arrange a new session date. Failure to schedule a new date within 3 months of the original purchase will result in forfeiture of the client's session fee.
Cancellation by the client less than 1 day before the event will incur a 100% charge, while cancellation less than 1 week prior will incur a 50% charge.
Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our obligations on the scheduled day, such as illness or personal/family emergency, a full refund of the session payment will be issued to the client within 5 days of the scheduled event. The client agrees to hold the Consultant harmless for any loss, damage, or liability incurred.
